We work with schools in a variety of ways to meet the needs of the pupils and staff. We offer individual pieces of work, ongoing collaboration and consultancy.

We work with:

Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Academy Trusts, Specialist Schools, Independent Schools, Therapeutic Schools, Residential Schools, Nursery’s and Pre-Schools.

Universal
A whole School or class approach – Working collaboratively with class and school staff to identify need and embed practice. Strategies and suggestions to support learning and participation in school and the classroom.

Targeted
Sensory Circuit reviews and recommendations – we will observe and review your current set up and provide advice and recommendations on how to best meet the needs of children accessing sensory circuits. Further training available or bespoke sensory circuit plans for individual pupils.

Small Group Intervention – After identification of need and screening; we can provide standardised or bespoke intervention plans to address:
fine motor, gross motor, pre-writing skills, handwriting, foundation skills for fine motor skills, body awareness and co-ordination, self-care skills, social skills, or Lego Therapy amongst others. Minimum of 6 sessions. 45 minutes of direct therapy, 15 minutes for preparation and professional record keeping

Specialist 1:1 Intervention – Children requiring individualised support,
• Assessment reports and half-termly or termly reviews
• Regular Intervention sessions
• Sensory Diet
• EHCP targets
• Annual Review’s

Speech and Language Therapy – our speech and language therapist can provide school consultancy, assessment or school based observation visits, set up and review speech and language therapy goals and programmes, provide direct and small group interventions and training and workshops for schools. 

Specialist Teacher – our Specialist teacher can provide education consultancy for SENCO’s and teaching staff, provide dyslexia screening assessments for pupils; provide advice on reading interventions; provide advice and recommendations to meet pupils’ individual needs and support with Education and Health Care Plans.

We provide set and bespoke Training and Workshops for schools and parents.
